9:15 pm to midnight​

As the days get shorter, start and end times get earlier. 

Multiple sessions each week

We try to hold 2-3 sessions a week throughout the season with the specific days varying each week based on volunteer availability and weather forecasts. In 2024, we held 55 sessions over a 21-week period.

You need to be ...

  • minimum 18 years of age

  • available to do evening sessions

  • able to walk up to 4 km per session on paved & unpaved surfaces (most sessions are 1-3 km)
